PROFILE

Canaan Properties was started in early 2004 initially with an emphasis on property sales and letting, enabling our customers to sell and buy property swiftly and professionally through our established marketing strategies. However, in order to cater for all our customer needs we launched ourselves in property management in 2005 and since then our management portfolio has grown overtime with properties predominantly in Nairobi and its environs such as Kilimani, Lavington, Nyari, Ngong road ,Valley Arcade, South C/B, Kitengela in Lang’ata, Embakasi, Mlolongo to name but a few.

Our sales and marketing of property is done competitively and effectively through the print and electronic media outdoor advertising and marketing networks in the whole of Kenya and abroad.

We are currently located in Kilimani, Wood Avenue, Komo Lane at Machera Court, Office B3.

At Canaan properties we have put in place sound management systems and structures to ensure that we turn every real estate investment into a profitable and worthwhile business venture by the grace of God.
